REFUND POLICY

All purchased items from Blanchine can be returned within 7 days of the product delivery. The items returned can be replaced or refunded, depending on the issue, product and the condition of the returned product.

Internationally shipped products will not be refunded, only replaced.

However, the return will be processed and accepted only if the conditions are satisfactory.

CONDITION OF RETURN

·If the product was not what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect.

·If the product is a fragrance and not a beauty product.

·The item is to be returned in the same condition as when it was received (unopened seals, with original brans packaging along with any sampling pieces or manuals and all longtimeperfume tags attached)

Cancellation and returns are not done through blanchine customer service. We strongly discourage sending requests via email because the sheer volume of emails we receive each day makes it unlikely that we will receive the message in a timely manner.

REFUND PROCESS

For Online Prepaid Orders:

·Cancellation before shipping: a 2.5% charge of the total order value will be deducted.

·Return after shipping: SAR 25 will be deducted as courier charges.

·Refund Timeline: IT takes 7-10 days for the refund to be processed to your credit card.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

·Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to original payment method .

·Cancellation before Shipping: No charges if cancelled upfront.

·Return after Shipping: SAR 25 will be deducted for courier charges.

·Refund Timeline: Wallet refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the order’s return to the warehouse.
